On <strong>Tuesday, 20 October 2026<\/strong>, Universit\u00e9 Grenoble Alpes (UGA) and the Alliance Franco-Ta\u00efwanaise Aura Association are organising a conference dedicated to exploring opportunities for cooperation between France and Taiwan.<\/p>\n<p>Initiated by <strong>Yassine Lakhnech<\/strong>, President of UGA, and <strong>Hugo Kuo<\/strong>, President of the Alliance Franco-Ta\u00efwanaise Aura Association, the event will address collaboration in research, education and training, innovation, and industry.<\/p>\n<p>The evening will begin with a screening of <em>A Chip Odyssey<\/em>, a documentary directed by Hsiao Chu-Chen in 2025, presented in Mandarin with French subtitles (1 hour 45 minutes). This will be followed by a panel discussion bringing together researchers, institutional representatives, and industry professionals, including <strong>Thomas Ernst, Scientific Director at CEA-Leti<\/strong>.
