Content and objectives of the workshop:

In 2025, there is still a wage gap between men and women. In the private sector, women earn on average 22% less. To combat these inequalities, Audencia’s Positive Impact Chair has set up an innovative program: #NégoTraining.
The aim of the workshop is to build your confidence and help you tackle the subject of salary negotiation with confidence.
We’ll discuss the following topics interactively:
• What is your value and employability?
• How can you master the art of salary negotiation?
• Which strategy to adopt? etc.

Presentation of the speaker:

Christine Naschberger is Professor of Management and Human Resources in the Organizational Studies & Ethics Department at Audencia, Nantes. She is also an expert in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Since 2017, she has been a #NégoTraining trainer and was involved in creating the content for this innovative scheme.
