AI at the Heart of Work

This conference addresses the topic of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Too often it is discussed as a tool. Sometimes as a threat. Rarely as a profound shift in the role of the employee, the manager, and the organization itself.

Drawing on real-life examples (actual interactions with AI, human trade-offs, conflicts of meaning, managerial decisions), the conference explores: the impact of AI on professional roles, autonomy, responsibility, recognition and how companies must reconfigure themselves in response.

The aim is not to say whether AI is “good” or “bad.” It is to understand what becomes of the employee when thinking, deciding, writing, and analyzing no longer fully belong to them.

A conference for executives, managers, researchers, and employees who reject simplistic narratives and want to explore the quiet yet radical shift currently unfolding in the world of work.

About the Speaker

Pascal BOUSSEMART is an expert in Generative Artificial Intelligence and a Prompt Engineering trainer at Orange Research Grenoble.

A graduate engineer from Mines-Telecom, he brings over 30 years of experience in technological innovation. A true pioneer in generative AI, Pascal is the author of several patents in this highly innovative field and has contributed to the submission of European cooperative research projects, the latest in 2025 focusing on the impact of AI in companies. He is also the creator and host of “Papotage IA Gen” at Orange, a weekly forum dedicated to sharing knowledge and monitoring developments in the use of these technologies.
